Abbey Robertson

Abbey Robertson has been a manager in comedy and talent at The Collective since 2010.

Prior to that, she was the co-founder of Adept Entertainment, a management and production company she created with business partner Melody Hammer. On the representation side, Abbey worked with a variety of actors, comedians, and stand-ups, specializing in creating cross over opportunities for her clients. At Adept, they also co-produced the prestigious Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland, Oregon for two years. Previous to Adept Entertainment, Abbey worked at Generate Management from 2007-2009 where she worked with their roster of comedy talent, was the production coordinator on four Comedy Central specials and worked on several national comedy tours, including the Comedians of Comedy and the Whitest Kids U Know. She started in entertainment in 2005 by booking and promoting dozens of live stand-up shows in and around Los Angeles at the Hollywood Improv, Wondercon, and more. Her life’s pursuit is to further the growth and success of the comedy community.

Abbey is also the proud mother and co-founder of the Ladies of Comedy Association, a networking group for women who work on the business side of comedy.
