
Niloo Badie
Niloo Badie joined The Collective in 2007 and is currently the Head of Production and Operations at Salient Media – the Production, Distribution and Marketing arm of The Collective. Niloo oversees projects from the earlier stages of development or acquisition through post production, delivery and distribution. She has produced several Salient projects including Katt Williams: It’s Pimpin Pimpin, Kevin Nealon: Now Hear Me Out! and Showtime’s Comics Without Borders hosted by Russell Peters.
Prior to joining The Collective, Niloo worked in feature film development and packaging at Endgame Entertainment and Scott Free Productions, and was involved in such films as Brokeback Mountain, American Gangster, I’m Not There and The Brothers Bloom. Niloo has also worked as a programmer for the prestigious Telluride Film Festival and as a coordinator at the San Francisco International Film Festival.
Before getting into the film and television business Niloo was an economist at Credit Suisse First Boston and The Federal Reserve Bank. She has an MFA in Film Producing from UCLA and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from UC Berkeley.
